TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The Southern Historian, a University of Alabama publication supported by the UA Media Planning Board, the College of Arts and Sciences and the department of history, will host a book sale on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in ten Hoor Hall, room 221.

The books to be sold are mostly historical in topic and academic in nature. All proceeds will go to support the production of The Southern Historian.

The Southern Historian publishes articles on all aspects and periods of southern history and culture; it is written, refereed and edited by graduate students.
