TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama Supply Store is hosting a Graduation Celebration Monday-Wednesday, March 15-17, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Ballroom.

Students graduating in May are encouraged to take full advantage of this opportunity in order to prepare for all aspects of graduation in one place. The Supply Store will have areas set up for graduates to be fitted for caps and gowns (hoods for masters and doctoral students). In addition to graduation regalia, students will also be able to order personalized commencement announcements and note cards.

Balfour will have representatives available so that students may order the official University of Alabama class ring. Balfour will offer students the opportunity to have their picture taken in graduation regalia, as well as choose from a variety of diploma frames.

The graduation event will also include representatives from the UA Office of Academic Records, and University Registrar, Student Financial Services, Loans Receivable and Collections, Student Receivables, the Corolla, the Career Center, and Alumni Services will be available each day of the Graduation Celebration in order to assist students in those various areas.

Students may purchase graduation regalia at any time from the University Supply Store, but April 23rd is the deadline for a guarantee rental of the official Alabama Ph.D. regalia. The Supply Store highly recommends that students purchase all of the necessary graduation materials during the Graduation Celebration March 15-17.
