TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama Women’s Resource Center will host the EveryWoman Book Club Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 6 p.m.

The group will meet and discuss “Womenfolks: Growing Up Down South” by Shirley Abbott. The meeting will take place in the Frances S. Summersell Library at the UA Women’s Resource Center, located on the third floor of Russell Student Health Center.

Meetings will take place monthly and all women in the community are welcome to attend. Books for future discussion will be decided upon at the initial meeting, and refreshments will be served.
