TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Brian Robbins of Hamilton has been selected
as a 2005 McNair
Scholar at The University of Alabama.
Under the guidance of faculty mentor Dr. Stacy Morgan, UA assistant
professor of American Studies, Robbins is conducting research on
the changing nature over time of tattoo symbology.
The McNair Scholars Program is a prestigious scholarship and research
program that helps prepare accomplished undergraduates for graduate
study. A U.S. Department of Education TRIO program, McNair Scholars
serves first-generation college students and students from other
groups underrepresented in doctoral study.
