TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – If you know a nurse who makes a difference, consider nominating that nurse for the state’s Nursing Hall of Fame, sponsored by The University of Alabama.

Deadline for nomination submission is Dec. 15, and a downloadable nomination form and brochure can be found at http://nursing.ua.edu/nursing_hall_of_fame.htm. Interested nominators can also contact Aaron Vold in UA’s Capstone College of Nursing at 205/348-9876 or avold@bama.ua.edu.

The Alabama Nursing Hall of Fame was created to honor nurses and others who through their work and accomplishments have brought honor and fame to the profession of nursing and the state of Alabama.
