Indian Classical Flute Concert to be Held at UA

Padma Shri Dr. N. Ramani

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – New College and The Capstone International Center at The University of Alabama are presenting an Indian classical flute concert featuring Padma Shri Dr. N. Ramani, known as the world’s most masterful bamboo flutist, on Sunday, April 22 from 3-5 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Theater.

Ramani will be accompanied by Nagai Sri R. Muralidharan on violin and Srimushnam Sri V. Raja Rao on mridangam.

The event is free and open to the public.
