TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business, in partnership with Net Impact, Randall-Reilly Publishing and the UA Community Service Center, will sponsor the second annual Corporate Citizenship Panel on Wednesday, March 12, from 1-2 p.m. in 30 Alston Hall.

The panel will include executives from Whole Foods Market, General Electric, Merchants & Farmers Bank, Southern Company and UA Engineers without Borders.

The purpose of this event is to promote insight into corporate America's role in giving back to the community.

Admission is free and students and members of the community are invited and encouraged to attend.

The University of Alabama, a student-centered research university, is in the midst of a planned, steady enrollment growth with a goal of reaching 28,000 students by 2010. This growth, which is positively impacting the campus and the state's economy, is in keeping with UA's vision to be the university of choice for the best and brightest students. UA, the state's flagship university, is an academic community united in its commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all Alabamians.
