TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The new executive officers of the University of Alabama National Panhellenic Conference recently started their 2008 terms in office.
The following are the new officers, their positions, hometowns and majors:
President -- Erin Cornelius, an English major from Mt. Olive
Vice President of Administration -- Whitney Kupferer, an advertising/public relations major from Albuquerque, N.M.
Director of Educational Programming -- Collier Broadaway, a fashion retail major from Opelika
Secretary/Treasurer -- Caroline Crow, a nutrition major from Mountain Brook
Director of Public Relations -- Ashley Kalifeh, a journalism major from Mobile
Assistant Director of Recruitment -- Christina Arnone, an advertising major from Alabaster
Director of Judicial Affairs -- Maria Kevehazi, an education major from St. Louis, Mo.
Assistant Director of Judicial Affairs -- Catherine Emens, an English and Spanish major from Tuscaloosa
In addition, the following sororities at UA have selected presidents for 2008 and they include:
