Darnell D. Coley

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Darnell D. Coley has joined the Office of Counsel at The University of Alabama, and will hold a position as staff counsel.

Coley is a magna cum laude graduate of Tuskegee University and received her J.D. degree from the UA School of Law in 1996.

Following law school, Coley served as a law clerk to Judge Sue Bell Cobb of the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.

Before joining UA, Coley was a partner in the Birmingham office of the law firm of Thomas, Means, Gillis & Seay, practicing primarily in the areas of labor and employment law and education law.
